At Tao Zenith, we believe that true alignment takes time. Whether it is a deeply calculated Bazi blueprint or a physically consecrated artifact, every piece we deliver is treated with profound respect and meticulous care. Please read our fulfillment timelines carefully.

1. Digital & Bespoke Readings (Dynamic Delivery) Our destiny blueprints and space readings are not auto-generated by software. Each report is personally calculated and drafted by our Eastern metaphysics experts.

• The Timelines: Because the depth of our readings varies, delivery times generally range from 24 hours up to 14 business days.

• The Ultimate Reference: Please refer to the specific timeframe listed on the individual artifact or service page at the time of your purchase, as that will be your most accurate delivery estimate.

• The Energetic Buffer: We prioritize extreme accuracy over speed. During intense astrological shifts or peak energetic windows, our masters may require an additional 24 to 48 hours to ensure your blueprint is perfectly aligned. If such a delay occurs, our concierge will notify you gracefully.

2. Physical Artifacts: Ritual Preparation Our physical artifacts are not sitting in a mass-fulfillment warehouse. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our studio to prepare your order. This sacred window is dedicated to final quality inspections, energetic cleansing, and securing your artifact in our protective packaging before it begins its journey to you.

3. Global Transit Times & Complimentary Shipping To ensure a seamless experience, Tao Zenith is proud to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all physical orders to our selected global destinations. Our artifacts are dispatched from our core fulfillment studio in Asia (adjacent to major international logistics hubs). Once your artifact leaves our studio, estimated transit times are as follows:

• Zone 1 (East & Southeast Asia): Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan — 5 to 10 business days.

• Zone 2 (North America & Oceania): United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom — 10 to 15 business days.

• Zone 3 (Europe): Rest of our serviced European destinations — 12 to 18 business days.

4. Order Tracking & The Unforeseen Once your artifact is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a secure tracking number, allowing you to follow its global journey.

• Delays: Global logistics can occasionally be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, or severe weather. We ask for your patience and mindfulness during these rare occurrences.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking has not updated for over 20 business days, or if your artifact arrives physically damaged, please contact our concierge immediately at care@taozenith.com. We will launch an investigation with the courier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a fully consecrated replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Your peace of mind is our priority.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international shipments, your local government may impose customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Tao Zenith cannot predict, control, or prepay these sovereign fees.
