Our Promise: Finding Your Energetic Resonance At Tao Zenith, we believe that the right artifact must resonate with your personal energy. If a physical piece does not feel aligned with your journey, we are here to help you gracefully transition it back.

1. The 30-Day Alignment Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible physical items. To be eligible, the artifact must be in its original, pristine condition—unworn, unused, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and protective pouches.

2. What Can Be Returned? (Eligible Artifacts) All physical artifacts across our collections—including both our Universal Guardians and Elemental Resonance pieces—are fully eligible for return within the 30-day window. While every artifact in our gallery receives a traditional Taoist consecration at its source, we understand that physical and energetic alignment takes time. To qualify for a return, the artifact must be in its absolute original, pristine condition—unworn, unused, unsmudged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and protective pouches.

3. Final Sale Items (What Cannot Be Returned) To maintain the energetic integrity and strict hygiene of our offerings, the following items are strictly non-refundable and considered Final Sale:

• Digital Blueprints & Reading Services: All Bazi, Feng Shui, and Oracle consultations (e.g., our TZ-LIFE series). Because these reports require intense, individualized intellectual and energetic labor by our masters to analyze your unique chart, the service is considered fully rendered the moment the analysis begins.

• Mindful Consumables: For strict health and safety reasons, aromatic items such as our song brocade scented charms, incense, herbal blends, and natural resins cannot be returned once they have left our studio.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Reach out to our concierge team at care@taozenith.com within 30 days of receiving your item, including your Order Number and the reason for the return.

2. Once authorized, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address. (Please note: Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they cannot be processed).

3. Securely pack the artifact. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Processing Your Refund & The “Complimentary Shipping” Deduction Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. (Please note your bank may require additional time to post the transaction).

• Outbound Shipping Deduction: Tao Zenith proudly covers the outbound international shipping costs (Complimentary Shipping) to deliver the artifact to you. However, in the event of a return for a refund, a flat-rate deduction of $15 USD (to cover the original outbound logistics and handling costs) will be deducted from your final refund amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Artifacts If your artifact arrives physically damaged during global transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will gladly arrange for a replacement to ensure your energetic journey is uninterrupted.
