Tao Zenith offers Complimentary Standard Shipping on all physical artifacts to our supported destinations (including North America, Europe, Oceania, and major Asian hubs). How do I track my physical artifact?
Once your artifact has completed its ritual preparation (3-5 business days) and leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a secure tracking number. You can easily track its journey via the Track Your Order link located in our website’s footer.
What if I don't feel aligned with my physical artifact? Can I return it?
We understand that energetic resonance is a deeply personal experience. Universal physical artifacts that are in pristine, unworn, and original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
