  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags.

  • Final Sale Items: Please note that some items cannot be returned (see details below).

What Can’t Be Returned?

For the integrity of our offerings, the following are final sale:

  1. Services & Digital Content:All consultations, Bazi / Feng Shui readings, and digital courses. Once our metaphysical consultant begins the preparation of your personalized report (typically immediately after order review), the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable. Digital courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  2. Personalized & Energized Items: Any product that has been blessed, customized, or engraved (e.g., Feng Shui talismans, inscribed jewelry).

  3. Wellness & Consumables: Items like herbal tea sachets or incense beads where hygiene is paramount once the seal is broken.

  4. Gift Cards & Digital Downloads.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at care@taozenith.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

  2. We’ll authorize your return and provide a return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service (you are responsible for return shipping costs).

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Refunds go to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange any item that arrives defective or damaged. Contact us at care@taozenith.com to arrange this.

A Note on “Final Sale” Items

Our spiritual and customized goods are prepared with specific intent and energy for you. Therefore, we cannot accept their return. We ensure detailed descriptions and images are provided so you can shop with confidence.
