2. How long will it take to receive my reading?
Email readings are delivered within 1–3 business days.
Complex full-chart analyses may take up to 5 days.
3. What language and format will my reading be delivered in?
All readings are provided in a bilingual (Chinese + English) written report.
Your report will be delivered via email, in a clear and structured format.
Depending on the product type, the report may be sent as a PDF file or as formatted email content.
4. Can I request a rush/urgent service?
Yes, a 24-hour priority service is available (extra fee required).

5. Are the readings based on authentic Chinese metaphysics?
Yes. We use classical systems including BaZi, Five Elements, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and traditional Taoist methods.
No automated tools are used; each report is manually interpreted.
6. Can I ask follow-up questions?
Each reading includes one free clarification within 3 days.
Additional questions require purchasing a One-Question Reading.
7. What if I don’t know my exact birth time?
We can still perform a reading using an approximate time, though accuracy may vary.
8. Do you provide WhatsApp voice/video consultations?
Not currently. WhatsApp is used only for customer support.
All readings are delivered via email.
9. Will my personal data stay confidential?
Absolutely. All data is strictly confidential and used only for your reading.

10. Are your items blessed or consecrated?
Some items (such as talismans) are ritually consecrated.

After a BaZi reading, we can recommend items tailored to your energy balance.

12. Do I need to cleanse or activate my item?
Some items include a simple usage/cleansing guide.
Instructions will be provided if needed.

After analysis begins, changes cannot be made.
